Clinical Trials Search at Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center

This clinical trial is evaluating a drug called ART0380 in participants with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The main goals of this study are to:

* Find the recommended dose of ART0380 that can be given safely to participants alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan
* Learn more about the side effects of ART0380 alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan
* Learn more about the effectiveness of ART0380 alone and in combination with gemcitabine or irinotecan

The purpose of this study is to compare how long the participants are disease-free (progression-free survival) and and the length of time until a participant dies (overall survival), when treated with amivantamab and chemotherapy with 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin calcium (folinic acid) or levoleucovorin, and irinotecan hydrochloride (FOLFIRI) versus either cetuximab or bevacizumab and FOLFIRI given to participants with Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene/ neuroblastoma RAS viral oncogene homolog (KRAS/ NRAS) and v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B (BRAF) wild-type recurrent, unresectable or metastatic colorectal cancer who have previously received chemotherapy.

The purpose of this study is to assess how bleximenib and Venetoclax (VEN)+ Azacitidine (AZA) works as compared to placebo and VEN+AZA alone for the treatment of participants with newly diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) with a mutation in the NPM1 or KMT2A gene.

The goal of this clinical trial is to determine if FOG-001 is safe and effective in participants with locally advanced or metastatic solid tumors.
