A Safety Study of SEA-TGT (SGN-TGT) in Advanced Cancer

Multiple Cancer Types

This trial will look at a drug called SEA-TGT (also known as SGN-TGT) to find out whether it is safe for patients with solid tumors and lymphomas. It will study SEA-TGT to find out what its side effects are. A side effect is anything the drug does besides treating cancer. It will also study whether SEA-TGT works to treat solid tumors and lymphomas. The study will have three parts. Part A of the study will find out how much SEA-TGT should be given to patients. Part B will use the dose found in Part A to find out how safe SEA-TGT is and if it works to treat solid tumors and lymphomas. Part C will study how well SEA-TGT with sasanlimab works to treat solid tumors.

A Study Comparing Nivolumab, Nivolumab in Combination With Ipilimumab and Placebo in Participants With Localized Kidney Cancer Who Underwent Surgery to Remove Part of a Kidney

The purpose of this study is to determine whether nivolmab alone or the combination of nivolumab and ipilimumab versus placebo, is safe and effective for delaying or preventing recurrence of cancer in participants who have experienced partial or entire removal of a kidney.

Nivolumab and Vorolanib in Treating Patients with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer and Refractory Thoracic Tumors

Multiple Cancer Types

This phase I / II trial studies the side effects and best dose of vorolanib when given in combination with nivolumab in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer and thoracic tumors that aren't responding to treatment (refractory). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Vorolanib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving nivolumab and vorolanib may work better in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer and thoracic tumors.

Radiation Therapy and Pembrolizumab or Cisplatin in Treating Patients with Stage III / IV p16 Positive Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy works when given with pembrolizumab or cisplatin in treating patients with stages III / IV p16-positive head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body’s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving pembrolizumab during and after radiation therapy or cisplatin during radiation therapy works better in treating participants with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.

A Study of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Combination With Belzutifan (MK-6482) and Lenvatinib (MK-7902), or Pembrolizumab / Quavonlimab (MK-1308A) in Combination With Lenvatinib, Versus Pembrolizumab and Lenvatinib, for Treatment of Advanced Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (MK-6482-012)

The goal of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of pembrolizumab plus belzutifan plus lenvatinib or pembrolizumab / quavonlimab plus lenvatinib versus pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib as first-line treatment in participants with advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). The primary hypotheses are (1) pembrolizumab plus belzutifan plus lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS), in advanced ccRCC participants and (2) pembrolizumab / quavonlimab plus lenvatinib is superior to pembrolizumab plus lenvatinib with respect to PFS and OS, in advanced ccRCC participants.

GMCI Plus Standard of Care Immune Checkpoint Inhibitor for Stage III / IV NSCLC

Multiple Cancer Types

The purpose of this phase 2 multi-site trial is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of adding Gene Mediated Cytotoxic Immunotherapy (GMCI™) to standard of care in patients with stage III / IV NSCLC that are not responding to a first line immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). GMCI kills tumor cells and creates an immune stimulatory environment in the tumor. Killing tumor cells in an immune stimulatory environment induces the body's immune system to detect and destroy cancer cells. Patients will receive two courses of GMCI with aglatimagene besadenovec injected into an accessible involved tumor site followed by 14 days of oral valacyclovir. Patients will continue with standard of care ICI, plus chemotherapy if indicated. The hypothesis is that the combination of GMCI and ICI may improve the response rate and overall clinical long-term benefit for NSCLC patients.

Carboplatin with or without Pembrolizumab in Treating Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer with Locally Recurrent Chest Wall Disease That Cannot Be Removed by Surgery

This phase II trial studies the effect of carboplatin with or without pembrolizumab in treating patients with breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) with chest wall disease that has come back (locally recurrent) and cannot be removed by surgery. A Trial to Evaluate Safety and Tolerability of TST001 in Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors
