      Non-rand trial Salpingectomy to Salpingo-oophorectomy reduce risk ovarian CA BRCA1 carrier

      • Key Eligibility:
        1. Patients with BRCA1 mutation who decline risk-reducing SO (BLS with delayed
        oophorectomy arm) or who undergo risk-reducing SO - PATIENT CHOICE
        2. Pre-menopausal
        3. TVUS and Ca-125 within 180 days of registration
        4. Receipt of chemotherapy in the past 12 months, hormonal therapy in the last 90 days
        or any radiotherapy to the abdomen or pelvis is exclusionary.
        5. Visits: Pre-operative surgical consultation; PRO's at 6,12, and 24 months; Patient status and Ca-125 annually.
