Key Eligibility:
1. Oral cavity SCC; cT1-2N0M0
2. Planned surgical resection of the primary tumor through transoral approach
3. No prior surgeries or systemic therapy
4. Visits: 3 weeks after neck surgery then at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months, during year 2; at 4, 8 and 12 months, during year 3; at 6 and 12 months, then annually
