- Locally Advanced HPV p1-postiive HNSCC
- Recurrent or Metastatic
  - Resectable
    - ECOGHNEA3191
      Adj Therapy after Salvage Sx: Reirradiation/SOC Chemo vs Pembro/RT vs Pembro
      - Key Eligibility:
        1. Recurrent oral cavity, larynx, oropharynx, hypopharynx in previously radiated field (>6 mo ago)
        2. s/p salvage resection with high-risk disease: +margins and/or +ENE
        3. Visits: daily RT; weekly visits during RT; every 6 weeks for ~11 mo; q6m phone calls for 5 years
  - Unresectable
    - No SOC remaining
- Supportive Care

    PHI/II Gabapentin+Ketamine Prev & Tx Acute & Chronic Pain Locally Adv HN CA Pts Und Prim/Adj Chemo
    - 1. Locally advanced non-metastatic disease (T3N0M0, T4N0M0, T1-4N1-3M0)
      2. Undergoing definitive chemoradiation
