Flow Cytometry Shared Resource

Overview

The Flow Cytometry Shared Resource provides Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center investigators with advanced instrumentation and expert guidance for the analysis and isolation of individual cells. The resource supports studies requiring detailed characterization of complex cell populations through multiparameter flow cytometry, spectral cytometry, and high-speed cell sorting technologies. The Flow Cytometry Shared Resource collaborates with investigators to design experiments, optimize workflows, and generate high-quality data from a wide range of biological samples. By combining specialized expertise with state-of-the-art instrumentation, the resource provides a comprehensive platform for single-cell analysis and cell population characterization.
