Genome Editing Shared Resource

Overview

The Genome Editing Shared Resource provides investigators at the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer with expertise and technologies for creating genetically engineered mouse models and human stem cell models that advance cancer research. The resource offers end-to-end support for genome editing projects, including model design, validation, generation, preservation, and distribution. The Genome Editing Shared Resource also maintains specialized capabilities for cryopreservation, repository management, and model recovery, ensuring valuable research resources remain accessible to the scientific community. By bringing together model generation and repository services, this resource provides investigators with reliable access to customized and well-characterized research models.
